The PRL Motorsports K24Z7 and K24Z3 Oil Pump DIY Swap Kit is designed for high-power K24Z builds. It addresses the limitations of the factory oiling system, which can become inefficient at high RPMs due to the balance shafts. This kit enables the common swap to an Acura RSX Type-S PRB oil pump, which eliminates the balance shafts for improved oil supply.

When building K24Z motors for high power and 8000+ RPM operation, the stock oiling system can become inefficient and problematic due to the balance shafts. This PRL Motorsports DIY Swap Kit provides a solution by facilitating the swap to an Acura RSX Type-S PRB oil pump, which removes the balance shafts for a more robust oil supply. The kit includes essential components for a proper installation, such as a modified windage tray, windage tray spacers, NPT pipe plugs, a windage tray mounting bolt, the PRL Motorsports oil pump mount with bolts, and a PRL Motorsports oil filter block-off plate. It is important to note that this product is not legal for sale or use in California on any emission-controlled motor vehicle. Additionally, PRL Motorsports warrants its branded products against manufacturing defects for 12 months, but this warranty is void if the product is used in racing or off-road applications, or shows signs of abuse, improper installation, or alteration. Some components are considered wear-and-tear items and are not covered by warranty.
