This kit features an authentic Nathan Airchime K5LA train horn, the most common train horn on locomotives since the 1980s. It has five large die-cast aluminum bells with stainless steel diaphragms, built to withstand harsh elements. The kit includes a HornAir 5485K Onboard Air System with a five-gallon air tank and a powerful Viair 485C Stealth Black air compressor. This system provides approximately five seconds of blast time and recharges from 110-150 PSI in under two minutes, with a 100% duty cycle up to 200 PSI. It can power the horns, run air tools, and power air suspension. The horn comes standard in a Painted Black Finish, with an option for a Black Powder Coat Finish for added protection.
