Description

This KB Pistons Piston and Rings Kit (MPN: KB398KTD.100) is designed for Chevy 489 engines, made from Chevy 454 Big Block. It features a Hyper series piston with a 4.350 inch bore, 4.250 inch stroke, and 6.385 inch rod length. The cast 390 hypereutectic alloy pistons have a 17.00 cc dome (1V) and a compression height of 1.270 inches, with a pin diameter of 0.990 inches. The kit includes 8 pistons with 1/16, 1/16, 3/16 inch ring lands, and features a .180 inch solid, centered pin with a spacer ring.
