Description

The KC Turbos 300235 KC300X Series Stage 1 Turbo is designed to enhance the performance of 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. It features a 4-inch ported compressor housing with anti-surge drilling for improved airflow and a 63mm 7x7 SXE-style compressor wheel with extended tip technology.

This turbo utilizes a 73mm SXE-style turbine wheel and an upgraded 360 thrust journal bearing design for reliability. It is a 100% drop-in replacement, requiring no modifications for installation, and includes a new 4-inch intake boot and a high-flow Non-EBPV outlet flange, along with all necessary gaskets and O-rings. The adjustable wastegate actuator allows for increased boost control.
