The Kenne Bell KB89069 is a single universal Boost-A-Pump (BAP) designed for vehicles with superchargers or turbochargers. This device powers high-output fuel pumps to achieve significant horsepower gains on pump gas. It activates only at full throttle or boost, preventing fuel system overload and fuel heating at idle or cruise. The KB89069 includes a switch that triggers at 3 psi of boost.

The Kenne Bell Single Universal Boost-A-Pump (BAP) KB89069 is engineered to significantly enhance fuel delivery for forced induction applications. It reliably powers high-performance OEM in-tank production pumps, enabling them to support up to 1000HP. The KB89069 features a 40-amp fused circuit and provides an output of 17.5V to the fuel pump. It is activated by a boost switch, making it ideal for supercharged and turbocharged vehicles, or by a vacuum switch for naturally aspirated applications. This system is compatible with any 12V electric fuel pump and can operate with either a 12V or 16V battery. This Boost-A-Pump does not require additional computers, software, complex programming, or re-tuning, simplifying the upgrade process. It compensates for voltage drops from accessories like lights and stereos, ensuring consistent fuel flow. The unit includes a built-in regulator that stabilizes voltage and fuel flow to within 1% of the set point (17.5V for street applications). It can be easily upgraded to 21V for competition use with an included "step up" plug. The device is also noted to increase the life of returnless pumps and does not negatively affect pump life.
