Keyence Sensing Guide Pulse Level Sensor

The Keyence FL-001 is an amplifier unit for the Sensing Guide Pulse Level Sensor series, designed for accurate fluid level detection. This standard specification model operates with a measurement range of 100 to 2,000 mm (3.94" to 78.74") and is suitable for liquids with a specific conductive capacity of 2 or more. Its design ensures reliable performance with a resolution of 1 mm (0.04") and linearity of ±3 mm (±0.12"). Constructed with durable materials, the FL-001 features a SUS304 probe, PTFE housing bottom seal section, and FKM packing. The housing includes SUS304 and SUS303 metal sections, along with PBT, PAR, NBR, HNBR, and PET plastic sections. This robust construction contributes to its IP67 enclosure rating, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. The FL-001 offers versatile control output options, including NPN/PNP open collector for judgment and alarm outputs, capable of handling up to 30 VDC and 50 mA per output. Operating within a wide temperature range of -20 to +60 °C (-4 to +140°F) for ambient conditions and -20 to +100 °C (-4 to +212°F) for the operating medium, this sensor is built to withstand challenging environments.
