(KIT) 13C RAM 3500 6.5IN LIFT SYSTEM DSL

The Zone Offroad D52 is a 6.5" suspension lift system designed for heavy-duty applications. It utilizes heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets to properly accommodate massive 6.5" progressive rate coil springs. The kit includes a drop pitman arm, extended bump stops, a track bar relocation bracket, sway bar drops, and brake line relocation to adjust critical components and angles. The system offers a choice of standard hydraulic or Nitro shocks for a great handling, smooth ride. The rear of the truck is lifted via a 5" block and U-bolts to achieve a level stance.

This system features heavy-duty drop brackets to maintain correct suspension geometry and progressive rate coil springs for improved ride quality and off-road performance. It allows for increased tire clearance, accommodating up to 37x13.50 tires with appropriate wheel spacing.

Installation has a difficulty level of 3 out of 5. Important considerations include potential front driveline vibration at speeds over 35 mph in 4WD; an optional t-case indexing kit (D5623 for 6-bolt, D5813 for 8-bolt transfer cases) is recommended if this occurs. Vehicles with a two-piece drive shaft and carrier bearing require the optional bearing drop kit D5405. This kit is not designed for dually models or models with factory rear airbag suspension.
