Overview

The Zone Offroad D60 kit is a combo package that includes a 2.5-inch Adventure Series System and a 1.5-inch Body Lift. It features new heavy-duty upper control arms with replaceable ball joints. This kit is designed to allow clearance for up to 35x12.50 tires. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Important Notes for Installation: A strut compressor is required for installation. Minor frame bracket trimming is necessary for differential clearance. Frame horn modification is required for the installation of new front bumper brackets. The rear bumper relocation is for appearance only and cannot be used for towing; standard receiver hitch function is not affected. The kit will not work on MegaCab models. It should not be used with any other form of leveling/lifting suspension systems.
