Kit PressureWorx Ally PWM w/Modf KPM1500 Pump

This kit includes a modified KPM1500 fuel pump with a high-pressure regulator, returnless Ally PWM control system, and other modifications for use in modern OEM vehicles or aftermarket ECM systems with a Fuel System Control Module (FSCM) where a Gen5 Camaro/SS/CTS-V type fuel pump module can be used. It is designed to drive the second KPM1500 fuel pump electrically while the FSCM handles the primary, keeping power separated but control handled by the FSCM. This results in an approximate 71%+ reduction in power to the fuel pump during idle/cruise, which helps eliminate vapor lock/cavitation caused by overheated fuel. It is fully returnless, requiring no external regulator or return lines, but an external inline filter is needed. The controller has a 60A minimum continuous power rating and features over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset and short circuit protection. It uses OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections and all cross-linked polyethylene wiring.
