The Blue Ox BXR9005 is a Rotaflex lockout kit designed for 5th wheel pin boxes. This kit is required when using a Blue Ox 5th Wheel Hitch with a Roto-Flex Pin Box. It consists of two steel bars, two threaded bolts, and two lock nuts.
