The Omega Tool Corporation 8516 is a hand tool designed for use on Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler 3.7L and 4.7L engines from 1999 to 2013. It functions as both a valve spring compressor and a rocker arm tool, allowing for the safe removal and installation of camshafts, rocker arms, and hydraulic lash adjusters.

This tool is built with premium steel for durability, impact resistance, and corrosion prevention. It is comparable in quality and function to OEM part numbers 8426, 8387, and 8516A, and is similar to Miller 10102.
