The Jabsco 18597-1000 is a large wearplate made of stainless steel. It is designed for use with Jabsco macerator pumps, specifically models 18590 and 18690 series pumps. The 18590 series are 12 and 24 volt DC pumps, while the 18690 series are 115 volt AC pumps.
