Description

This kit includes an XT-DF4-250-K6 Alternator, an MC-618 Regulator, temperature sensors, and mounting hardware. The alternator is a 250A, 12V unit with a Saddle Mount (Dual Foot), 4-inch, K6 Serpentine Pulley, and case ground. It features a braided stator, dual-fan cooling for cooler operation, and superior low RPM performance. It meets USCG Title 33, ISO 8846, and SAE J1171 ignition protected certifications. This alternator requires a Max Charge regulator for full performance but includes a "Smart Ready" backup internal regulator for emergency use. Case ground only. Power take off 6.0 HP. May require a longer adjustment arm and longer belts. For non-adjustable tachometers, a Tachometer Signal Stabilizer will be required.
