The BBR Motorsports KLX 110 Damping Rod & Fork Spring Upgrade Kit provides a comprehensive solution for enhancing your front forks. This kit includes custom-developed fork springs, CNC machined damping rods, and fork oil, offering improved performance for adult riders. The fork springs are custom-wound from aircraft quality spring steel, preset, and stress-relieved for longevity, providing an increased spring rate suitable for adult riders. The kit also includes your choice of fork oil weight (10, 15, or 20 wt.) to further tune suspension performance based on rider weight and riding style. Application notes specify that certain parts (650-KLX-1105) are for KLX/DRZ110 models from 2002-Present, excluding the 'L' model, while other parts (650-KLX-1305) are specifically for the KLX110L from 2010-Present. It is important to note that this kit does not fit in stock XR/CRF 50 forks. Additionally, while damping rods fit 'L' model KLX110 forks and improve damping, they do not increase length or travel over OEM rods on the 'L' model.
