Overview

The BBR KLX/DRZ 110 Damping Rods are replacement front fork damping rods designed to increase travel and improve damping control for adult riders. They slow rebound and increase compression damping, resulting in a firmer, more controlled ride.

These rods are CNC machined from forgings and are a perfect match for BBR's triple clamps, stiff springs, and the KLX/DRZ110 Super Comp Suspension Kit. They increase travel by 1.5 inches from stock.

The BBR KLX/DRZ 110 Damping Rods are performance upgrades designed to replace stock components in the front forks of compatible Kawasaki and Suzuki models. These damping rods are engineered to increase suspension travel by 1.5 inches over stock and enhance damping control, providing a firmer and more controlled ride, particularly beneficial for adult-sized riders. Constructed from high-strength steel and CNC machined from forgings, these damping rods are built for durability and performance. They are specifically designed to work in conjunction with other BBR suspension components, such as triple clamps and stiffer springs, and are a key part of the BBR KLX/DRZ110 Super Comp Suspension Kit. While these damping rods fit the forks of the "L" model KLX110 and offer improved damping over stock, they do not increase the length or travel beyond the OEM damping rods on the "L" model bikes. They are confirmed to fit the following models: 2002 - Present Kawasaki KLX110, 2020 Kawasaki KLX110L, 2021 - Present Kawasaki KLX110R, 2021 - Present Kawasaki KLX110RL, and 2003 - Present Suzuki DRZ110.
