The BBR KLX/DRZ110 143cc Big Bore Kit is engineered to provide an easy bolt-on power upgrade for compatible models. This kit increases the engine's displacement to 143cc, offering a significant performance boost. It is designed as the largest bore kit available that does not necessitate modifying the engine cases for additional cylinder sleeve clearance. The kit includes a new aluminum cylinder with a durable plated aluminum liner, a high-performance BBR MX camshaft, and a lightweight 60mm aluminum piston. A complete gasket kit is also provided, covering the cylinder head, cylinder base, and LH ignition cover for a comprehensive installation. It is crucial to note the specific application for this kit: the 411-KLX-1401 is exclusively for 2003-2009 KLX/DRZ110 models. Different part numbers are available for other model years.
