The BBR Motorsports 411-KLX-1120 is a high-performance camshaft designed for the KLX/DRZ110. This camshaft offers higher lift and duration than stock, providing a more aggressive power style while maintaining easy starting and smooth idling. It is a BBR exclusive and can be used with stock valve springs or the BBR HD valve spring set.

The BBR Motorsports 411-KLX-1120 is a high-performance camshaft engineered to enhance the power output of your KLX/DRZ110. As a BBR exclusive, it features higher lift and duration compared to stock specifications, contributing to a more aggressive power delivery without compromising the bike's ability to start easily and idle smoothly. This camshaft is utilized by the BBR Race Team, attesting to its performance capabilities. However, for any other combination of parts, it is crucial to manually check valve-to-piston clearance. This process typically involves assembling the motor with clay on the piston dome and rotating the motor by hand to measure the clay thickness, aiming for approximately .050" of clearance on these smaller 2-valve air-cooled motors. If you are unfamiliar with this procedure, it is recommended to consult a qualified performance engine builder. The 411-KLX-1120 is specifically for 2003-2009 KLX/DRZ110 models. BBR Motorsports also offers different versions for other model years: the 411-KLX-1121 for 2010-2016 KLX110/L models, and the 411-KLX-1122 for 2017-Present KLX110/L models. Ensure you purchase the correct version for your specific model year.
