The BBR Motorsports KLX110 Performance Camshaft/Adjustable Timing Gear is a high-performance camshaft designed for the KLX/DRZ110 mini bike. It features higher lift and duration than stock, making it a BBR exclusive upgrade. This camshaft can be used with stock valve springs or upgraded to BBR HD valve springs. The adjustable timing gear is specifically engineered to adapt 2003–2009 camshafts to 2017 and newer KLX110 cylinder heads. It allows for fine-tuning of cam timing by ± half a tooth to optimize engine performance.

The BBR Motorsports KLX110 Performance Camshaft/Adjustable Timing Gear is designed to enhance the performance of your KLX/DRZ110 mini bike. This camshaft offers higher lift and duration compared to stock components, providing a more aggressive power delivery while maintaining easy starting and smooth idling. It is a BBR exclusive and has been used by the BBR Race Team. The accompanying adjustable timing gear is precision-engineered to allow tuners and builders to adapt 2003–2009 camshafts to 2017 and newer KLX110 cylinder heads. This gear enables fine-tuning of cam timing by up to ± half a tooth, which is crucial for optimizing engine performance and achieving a dialed-in setup. It is ideal for custom builds and performance-oriented configurations. Application notes specify that this camshaft is intended for 2003-2009 KLX/DRZ110 models. For any other combination of parts, it is essential to manually check valve-to-piston clearance. This is typically done by assembling the motor with clay on the piston dome and rotating the engine by hand, then measuring the clay thickness to ensure at least .050" clearance. Users who are unfamiliar with this process are advised to consult a qualified performance engine builder, as BBR can only support their own products. This product is noted as *NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOSHIMURA* components.
