The Kicker 45KM44 is a refurbished pair of 4-inch marine coaxial speakers engineered to withstand harsh marine environments while delivering clear audio. These speakers feature 4-ohm voice coils, providing broad compatibility with various marine source units and amplifiers. Built for the elements, the 45KM44 boasts a UV-resistant polymer basket and locking, sealed terminal covers to protect against moisture and sun damage. They have passed rigorous testing, including ASTM B117 200-hour salt fog and ASTM G154 400-hour UV exposure standards. The coaxial design includes a 1/2-inch PEI dome tweeter for high-frequency reproduction, and the woofers utilize UV-treated polypropylene cones with Santoprene surrounds for longevity. Each speaker handles 50 watts RMS and 150 watts peak power, with a sensitivity of 89dB and a frequency response of 60Hz-20kHz. Their compact 4-inch size and a mounting hole requirement of 3-13/16 inches allow for installation in tight spaces like consoles, panels, and bulkheads. This refurbished set includes both white and charcoal grilles, along with 316L stainless steel mounting hardware, ensuring a complete installation right out of the box.
