KM604WL 6-1/2" Coaxial Marine Speaker

The Kicker KM60 Coaxial Marine Speaker is a purpose-built audio solution for boat owners seeking both aesthetic appeal and exceptional sound. Featuring integrated RGB LED lighting, this 6-1/2" speaker enhances the visual experience of any marine environment. Kicker has engineered these speakers to go beyond "marine ready" by proving their durability through ASTM testing for UV exposure and salt/fog conditions, ensuring they meet the strictest industry standards. Constructed with durability and longevity in mind, the KM60 utilizes UV-treated, injection-molded cones and Santoprene® surrounds for robust performance. The speaker's design incorporates splash-and-spray-resisting sealed motors, cones, and locking terminal covers, allowing them to withstand challenging weather. Further enhancing their marine readiness, all hardware is forged from rustproof, 316L stainless steel, preventing corrosion. The white grill and basket are treated to resist yellowing or fading over time. These coaxial speakers deliver spectacular highs and smooth, impactful midrange frequencies, providing a full-range audio experience tailored for the open air. With a recommended amplifier power range of 15-50 watts RMS and a peak power handling of 150 watts, they are optimized to work best with approximately 50 watts of power. The speaker specifications include a 1/2" PEI dome tweeter, a 4-ohm impedance, a sensitivity of 90dB, and a frequency response of 35-21kHz. Mounting dimensions are a hole diameter of 5-3/16" and a mounting depth of 2-1/2". Kicker backs this product with a three-year warranty when purchased from an authorized dealer.
