Knight Prowler Camshaft

The Wood Performance TW-555 camshaft, also known as the "Knight Prowler" cam, is engineered for ultra high performance in 96", 103", and 110" Harley-Davidson engines. These cams are designed as a bolt-in for 2006 Dyna models and 2007-up Twin Cam models. The TW-555 camshafts are custom manufactured by Andrews Products to precise Wood Performance specifications. The "Knight Prowler" Street Cams are noted for producing unmatched torque and horsepower at this time. The design and manufacturing process aims to create advanced, aggressive camshaft profiles for H.D. Evo and TC88 engines. The philosophy behind these cams is "IT’S NOT HOW FAST YOU GO… BUT HOW QUICK YOU GET THERE!", emphasizing torque as the primary means to achieve quicker performance and "Smoke the Competition!" Complete install kits are available and include everything needed for installation. These kits typically contain the camshaft, S&S EZ pushrods (available in black or chrome), Fueling tappet set, cam plate roller bearings, Koyo Torrington® full roller inner needle bearings, 12-point ARP® camshaft and crankshaft bolts, ARP® fastener moly paste, Loctite® compound, and hardened washers. Gaskets included are copper exhaust gaskets, cam cover, lifter blocks, pushrod tube, and cam plate O-rings. Key specifications for the TW-555 include: Cam specs: 21/41 - 43/19; Duration at 050: 242 - 242; Valve lift: .555 - .555; Lift at TDC: .189 - .178. The cam is designed to work effectively with a compression ratio of 10.35:1 to be fully effective.
