The KONI 80 1092 is a Special D series red shock absorber designed for the front of select Mercedes-Benz models. It is an internally adjustable, twin-tube, non-gas shock absorber.

This shock absorber is specifically listed for 1955-1959 Mercedes-Benz 220, 220A, and 220S Sedan models. It is also compatible with various Mercedes-Benz 180 and 190 series vehicles from the mid to late 1950s and early 1960s.
