The KONI 8245 1381 is a rear shock absorber designed for select BMW X3 and X4 models. It features KONI's patented Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) technology, which allows the shock absorber to automatically adjust to road conditions. This technology aims to improve safety and road holding while maintaining comfort.

This shock absorber utilizes a twin-tube design and is built with aluminum components. It is a gas pressure type with a built-in adjustable system and a top pin, bottom eye mounting type. The KONI Special ACTIVE series has technology proven on millions of factory-equipped vehicles.
