Flow forming is an advanced manufacturing technology for wheels. It involves applying pressure to the inner barrel of a cast wheel while it's spinning, which stretches and compresses the aluminum. This process increases tensile strength, resulting in a lighter, stronger wheel with increased tensile strength and elongation, and much greater shock resistance compared to traditional cast wheels.
