The components, including mounts, are crafted from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and rust-resistant build, while the steel shock bodies are zinc-electroplated for enhanced protection against the elements. The system employs a Monotube design, separating oil and gas within the cylinder. This design is superior to twin-tube construction in dissipating heat more quickly and evenly, enabling finer damping adjustments, and mitigating aeration and cavitation issues for a more consistent ride quality. The valving of each shock or strut is carefully matched to its corresponding spring rate to ensure superior ride quality and reliability.
