This system offers 36 distinct levels of damping adjustment, allowing for precise tuning of both handling characteristics and ride comfort. The damping adjustment affects both compression and rebound simultaneously, simplifying setup changes for optimal performance. Constructed with durability and performance in mind, the Kontrol Pro features pillowball top mounts on applicable models for direct OEM-style installation and enhanced steering feel. Some applications include camber adjustment via the upper pillowball mounts, eliminating the need for separate kits. The adjustable lower mounts ensure that ride height can be modified without compromising suspension travel, a common issue with other coilover systems. The shock bodies are made from steel and electroplated with zinc to resist corrosion, while other components like collars and mounts are crafted from 6061 billet aluminum with T6 hardening for a lightweight yet robust build. The monotube design of the Ksport system ensures superior heat dissipation and consistent damping performance compared to twin-tube designs.
