The Ksport Kontrol Pro Fully Adjustable Coilover Kits deliver advanced suspension technology for both street and track use. With 36 distinct levels of damping adjustment, users can precisely tune their vehicle's handling and comfort by altering compression and rebound simultaneously. Constructed with durability and performance in mind, many components, including spring perches, locking collars, and top mounts, are crafted from lightweight yet strong 6061 billet aluminum. The steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc for enhanced resistance to rust and corrosion. Ksport utilizes a monotube design, which is known for its superior heat dissipation, consistent damping performance, and reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube systems. This design is crucial for maintaining optimal performance under demanding conditions. Many applications feature pillow ball top mounts, which improve steering feel and response. On applicable models, these mounts also provide camber adjustment, potentially eliminating the need for an additional camber kit. Adjustable lower mounts are incorporated in most applications, allowing for ride height adjustments without sacrificing suspension travel, a common issue with other coilover systems. This ensures that the vehicle can achieve a desired lowered stance while maintaining optimal suspension function. These Kontrol Pro coilovers come with specific spring rates: 8.7 KG/487 LBS for both front and rear. Upper mounts include Pillowball Upper Mounts (P/U) on the front, with a note that camber adjustment is not available on all models, and Aluminum Top Mounts (ATM) on the rear. The kit is backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
