Building upon the foundation of Ksport's top-selling designs, the Kontrol Sport models incorporate 36 levels of precise damping adjustment, allowing for fine-tuning of ride characteristics. Ksport has further refined these coilovers by increasing valving and spring rates by 30%, resulting in a more aggressive and direct feel that translates to tighter cornering and more responsive handling. Constructed with a monotube high-pressure design to minimize oil leakage and aerospace-quality aluminum components, these coilovers are built for durability and performance. They feature adjustable spring perches for ride height customization and pillowball top mounts. The front top mounts include camber adjustment, while the rear mounts do not, offering versatility in suspension setup. The kit includes a full set of four coilovers, a dust boot to protect the damper seal, and adjustable lower mounts for maximum suspension travel. This kit is specifically designed for the 1985-1986 Toyota MR2. Spring rates are set at 4.5 kg/mm for the front and 7.5 kg/mm for the rear.
