Kontrol Pro Coilover System

This system offers 36 levels of adjustable damping, allowing users to precisely tune their vehicle's performance and comfort to their specific needs. The damping adjustments affect both compression and rebound simultaneously, providing a more effective and user-friendly setup. Constructed with 6061 T6 aluminum for spring perches, locking collars, top mounts, and lower mounts, these coilovers are both strong and lightweight. The steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc to resist corrosion and protect against environmental elements. Each shock or strut's valving is meticulously matched to its corresponding spring rate, ensuring superior ride quality and reliability. The Kontrol Pro system utilizes a high-pressure monotube design, which separates oil and gas within the cylinder. This design offers improved heat dissipation and finer damping adjustments compared to traditional twin-tube shocks, resulting in more consistent ride quality and reduced issues with aeration and cavitation. This kit features adjustable lower mounts that allow for ride height adjustment without sacrificing suspension travel, a common issue with other coilover systems. The front top mounts are pillowball mounts with camber adjustment capabilities, enabling precise stance tuning and eliminating the need for a separate camber kit. The rear top mounts are aluminum and do not offer camber adjustment. The spring rates for this specific kit are 7.5 kg/mm in the front and 6.5 kg/mm in the rear. A 12-month limited manufacturer warranty covers manufacturer defects.
