It incorporates 36 levels of damping adjustment, allowing for simultaneous compression and rebound control to fine-tune the ride for both handling and comfort needs. Construction features lightweight and durable 6061 billet aluminum for mounts and many other components, ensuring rust resistance. The steel shock body is electroplated with zinc for additional protection against the elements. The valving is meticulously matched to the installed springs to deliver unmatched ride quality and reliability. Ksport employs a Monotube design, separating oil and gas within the cylinder. This design offers superior heat dissipation compared to twin-tube systems, enables finer damping adjustments, and minimizes common issues like aeration and cavitation, resulting in a better overall ride experience. Features include integrated pillow ball upper mounts (on some applications) that help maintain original suspension geometry and provide a more direct driver feel. Camber adjustment is available via the pillow ball mount on certain applications, eliminating the need for an additional camber kit. Most applications also use an adjustable lower mount, allowing for height adjustment without sacrificing suspension travel, a common drawback in other coilover designs.
