Kontrol Pro Coilover System

The Ksport Kontrol Sport Coilover system is an enhanced version of their Kontrol Pro line, engineered for aggressive street and intermediate track use on the 2014-2018 Infiniti Q50 RWD. This system provides ultimate suspension technology with 36 levels of adjustable damping, allowing for fine-tuning of both compression and rebound simultaneously. Built with a monotube high-pressure design, these coilovers reduce oil leakage and offer superior heat dissipation and more consistent damping compared to twin-tube designs. They feature aerospace-quality 6061-T6 billet aluminum components for mounts, collars, and spring perches, ensuring durability and rust resistance, while steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc for added protection. The spring rates are 14 kg/mm in the front and 6.7 kg/mm in the rear. Height adjustment is achieved via an adjustable lower mount, which allows users to set their desired ride height without sacrificing suspension travel. Many applications also include pillowball top mounts, which enhance steering feel and response, and may offer independent camber adjustment, potentially eliminating the need for a separate camber kit. Dust boots with integrated bump stops protect damper seals and resist deterioration.
