Kontrol Pro Coilover System w/ 36 Damping Levels

This system offers 36 distinct levels of damping adjustment, allowing for precise tuning of the dampers to achieve optimal handling characteristics and desired ride comfort. The valving and spring rates are specifically calibrated to be 30% stiffer than the Ksport Kontrol Pro coilover, enhancing performance. The steel shock bodies undergo an electroplating process with zinc to provide robust protection against corrosion and environmental elements. Each coilover features a Monotube design, which separates oil and gas to dissipate heat more effectively, enable finer damping adjustments, and minimize aeration and cavitation issues for a more consistent ride quality compared to twin-tube designs. Pillow ball top mounts are incorporated into many applications, facilitating installation to OEM specifications and enhancing steering feel and response. On applicable models, these pillowball upper mounts provide camber adjustment, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit. The coilovers also feature adjustable lower mounts that allow for ride height adjustment without compromising suspension travel, preventing bottoming out. Dust boots are standard to protect the damper seal, with an integrated bump stop for improved efficiency. This kit includes spring rates of 7.2 kg/mm in the front and 4.5 kg/mm in the rear, and features adjustable height. The top mounts are pillowball type for the front and aluminum for the rear, both without camber adjustment for this specific application. The system is gas-charged and uses an adjustable lower mount type. Ksport Kontrol Sport coilovers come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
