The collars and upper mounts are crafted from 6061 aluminum with T6 for superior hardness, while the steel shock body is electroplated with zinc for rust resistance. The valving is carefully matched to the installed springs for optimal ride quality and reliability. The system employs a Monotube high-pressure design, which offers better performance, finer damping adjustments, and superior heat dissipation compared to twin-tube designs, minimizing aeration and cavitation for a better ride. Features include adjustable spring perches and lower mounts, allowing for ride height adjustment without sacrificing suspension travel. Camber adjustability is incorporated into many models via the pillow ball top mounts. The front and rear top mounts are typically aluminum with no camber adjustment, though some applications may vary. Heavy-duty steel lower mounts provide robust protection during aggressive track driving, and all metal pillowball components enhance strength and responsiveness. The front spring rate is 12 kg/mm and the rear is 7.5 kg/mm, with spring rates and shock valving being 50% stiffer compared to Ksport Kontrol Pro Coilover Systems.
