With 36 distinct levels of damping adjustment, users can precisely tune their vehicle's handling and comfort by altering compression and rebound simultaneously for effective and user-friendly setup changes. The kit utilizes a monotube design, which separates oil and gas within the cylinder to dissipate heat faster, allow finer damping adjustments, and ensure more consistent ride quality compared to twin-tube designs. Steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc to resist corrosion and protect against environmental elements. Many applications feature adjustable lower mounts, enabling height adjustability without sacrificing suspension travel, a common issue with other coilover systems. The components are constructed from 6061 billet aluminum, ensuring they are lightweight, durable, and resistant to rust. Some applications also include pillowball top mounts, which facilitate installation to OEM specifications and provide camber adjustment, potentially eliminating the need for a separate camber kit. For those seeking maximum adjustability, an advanced upper pillowball mount is available on select applications, offering separate camber and caster adjustment. This coilover kit is specifically designed for the 2000-2005 Dodge Neon and 2003-2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4 models.
