The Ksport Kontrol Pro Coilover Kit represents a significant upgrade for your vehicle's suspension, balancing street comfort with track-ready performance. Key features include 36 levels of adjustable damping, allowing precise tuning of both compression and rebound to suit various driving conditions. The system employs a high-pressure monotube design for superior heat dissipation, consistent performance, and finer adjustments compared to traditional twin-tube shocks. The construction utilizes 6061 T6 aluminum for spring perches, locking collars, and mounts, ensuring a robust yet lightweight setup. Steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc to provide excellent protection against corrosion and the elements. The Kontrol Pro system offers virtually unlimited height adjustment through its threaded lower mounts, allowing you to achieve a desired stance without compromising suspension travel. This feature is crucial for maintaining optimal handling and preventing bottoming out, even at significant drop heights. This specific KSport Kontrol Pro Coilover Kit (CBM242-KP) is designed to fit the BMW 5 Series models from 2011 to 2016, specifically the F10 xDrive AWD variants. It comes with aluminum top mounts that do not offer camber adjustment, and features front spring rates of 12 kg/mm and rear spring rates of 6.7 kg/mm. The product is backed by a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty against defects.
