It provides 36 distinct levels of damping adjustment, allowing simultaneous control over compression and rebound to fine-tune your suspension to specific track conditions and driver preferences. This Monotube design separates oil and gas, ensuring better heat dissipation, finer damping adjustments, and a more consistent ride compared to traditional twin-tube designs, minimizing aeration and cavitation. Constructed with durable 6061 billet aluminum for many of its components, these coilovers are both lightweight and resistant to rust. The steel shock body is electroplated with zinc for added protection against the elements. The valving is carefully matched to the included springs to deliver unmatched reliability and ride quality. For certain applications, pillow ball upper mounts are included, which help maintain original suspension geometry and provide a more direct feel to the driver. Some applications also feature pillow ball mounts that allow for camber adjustment without the need for an additional camber kit. Additionally, most applications incorporate an adjustable lower mount, enabling height adjustment without compromising suspension travel. This coilover kit is intended for road racing use only and is not street legal. It is compatible with 1988-1992 Mazda MX-6 and 1989-1992 Ford Probe models.
