The damping adjusts both compression and rebound simultaneously for ease of adjustment. Constructed with a robust steel shock body electroplated with zinc to resist rust and the elements, and featuring 6061 billet aluminum mounts and components, this kit is both lightweight and durable. The Monotube design separates oil and gas within the cylinder, leading to better heat dissipation, finer damping adjustments, and reduced aeration and cavitation for a superior ride quality compared to twin-tube designs. The valving of each set is carefully matched to the installed springs for unmatched reliability. Certain applications offer camber adjustment via the Pillow-ball Mount, eliminating the need for an additional 'Camber Kit.' Additionally, most applications utilize an adjustable lower mount, allowing you to adjust ride height without sacrificing suspension travel. Pillow ball top mounts, available on some applications, help maintain vehicle manufacturer suspension geometry and provide a more direct feel for enhanced driver feedback.
