Show original supplier description
Building upon the core features of the Kontrol Pro, the Kontrol Sport coilovers include 36 distinct levels of damping adjustment, allowing for precise tuning of suspension characteristics. These coilovers are distinguished by their 30% stiffer valving and spring rates compared to the Pro model, which results in a more aggressive and direct driving feel. This enhanced stiffness contributes to improved cornering stability and quicker throttle response, making the Kontrol Sport Coilover Kit an excellent choice for enthusiasts engaging in spirited street driving or intermediate-level track events. The kit is built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 2-3 weeks. The Kontrol Sport Coilover Kit is designed to lower the vehicle's ride height by up to 4 inches, depending on the specific application. It is compatible with a wide range of Volkswagen and Audi models, including the 2006-2009 Volkswagen Rabbit, 2006-2007 and 2010-2014 Audi A3, 2006-2009 VW Golf/GTI, 2008 R32, 2010-2014 Golf Mk6, 2006-2010 Jetta Mk5, and 2011-2016 Jetta Mk6. Fitment Industries notes that this kit is for 2WD models.
