The Kooks Headers CAS-109004 is a 12-inch front O2 extension harness with a 4-pin connector. This harness is designed for GM vehicles including the G1 CTSV, G8, and GTO.

This part is intended as a direct replacement for damaged or lost oxygen sensor extension harnesses. It is typically included in header kits where needed and ensures proper oxygen sensor connectivity.
