KPower K24A2 Throttle Body Adapter

The KPower K24A2 Ultimate Swap Package is a comprehensive conversion kit engineered for the installation of a 2004-2008 Acura TSX engine (specifically K24A2 or JDM K24A RBB) into 1990-2005 Mazda Miata NA and NB chassis. Key components included in the package are a K-series to Miata transmission adapter plate, a lightweight K-series to Miata flywheel, machined engine mounts with either poly or rubber pads, a tubular subframe that replaces the factory unit, a baffled aluminum oil pan with a pickup tube, a machined K20 oil pump adapter housing, and a KPower RWD intake manifold with gasket and hardware. Additionally, it features a K24A2-specific upper coolant neck, a slim flywheel dust cover, a 1320mm serpentine belt, and a stainless steel 4-2-1 race header. Buyers can also choose between a 74mm cable throttle body assembly or a Bosch 74mm Drive-by-Wire throttle body with an adapter. Most customers can expect to achieve 220+ whp and 180 wtq naturally aspirated with a stock K24A2 engine, with significant potential for further gains through bolt-ons and tuning. Important fitment and installation notes apply. The K24 engine sits approximately ½ inch taller than the K20, which means it will not fit under a factory NA Miata hood without modification; a modified valve cover is recommended for proper clearance. This swap is compatible with right-hand-drive Miatas, with the exception of the header; RHD setups require a custom solution and direct contact with KPower Industries. Furthermore, the included engine mounts are compatible with JDM K24A RBB, K24A2, K24A3, K24A4, K20Z3, K20Z4, and K24A8 engines. However, they do NOT fit K20A2, K20Z1, or K24A1 blocks due to incompatible bolt-hole locations.
