KPro V4 Engine Control Unit

The Hondata KPro V4 is a powerful, fully programmable engine control unit designed for K-series engine swaps and factory K-series vehicles. It provides comprehensive tuning and datalogging capabilities, allowing for precise engine management. The KPro V4 supports a maximum RPM limit of 11,000 and a boost limit of 60 PSI, with 16x20 resolution for both fuel and ignition tables. It includes features like launch control, anti-lag, flex fuel support, and nitrous control (with specific cores). This unit is compatible with 2002-2004 Acura RSX models (Base and Type S), 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3), and 2002-2004 Honda CR-V with manual transmission. It is also suitable for K-series engine swaps into any chassis, provided an ECU from the compatible years is used. Customers have four options for purchasing: sending their own compatible ECU core (PRB, PND, PNF, PRA, PRC, PRD, PPA, or PPL), or purchasing a pre-converted ECU core for manual K swaps (automatic PND core for manual swaps, 5-speed manual core, or 6-speed PRB core). When ordering an automatic PND core for manual K swaps, an extra wire must be run from the ECU to the vehicle speed sensor, and this core is not for automatic applications. The 5-speed manual core (PPA, PND, PNF) is a budget-friendly option for most swaps and stays plug-and-play with most K20A2 style harnesses but lacks reverse lockout and nitrous control provisions compared to the PRB option. The premium 6-speed PRB ECU core (from 02-04 RSX Type S) offers full OEM feature support, including reverse lockout functionality. Included with the KPro V4 are the KManager software (Windows only), a USB cable, and 8MB of onboard datalogging capacity. Bluetooth support and Hondata Mobile compatibility are also integrated. Please note that lead times for conversions can be 6 to 8 weeks, and all Hondata KPro sales are final upon receipt due to licensing and tuning hardware regulations.
