KW V1 CLASSIC KIT

The KW Variant 1 "Inox-line" coilover kit is an entry-level street performance suspension system, featuring high-quality stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant springs, bump stops, and optimally tuned dampers for a balanced and sporty feel. It allows for customized suspension lowering within technical limitations (45-85mm for Street Performance products). Key features include a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide composite spring seat with a stainless steel insert, and friction-optimized trapezoidal threads for long-term ride height adjustability. The Inox-Line stainless steel construction ensures 100% corrosion resistance. Each kit is specifically developed and tuned for the particular vehicle application through extensive testing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in the KW 7-post chassis dynamics test center, aiming to reduce body roll and provide direct, sporty handling. A technical component report is included, outlining guidelines for lowering and ensuring compliance with regulations in many countries.
