KW V1 COILOVER BUNDLE

The KW V1 INOX-LINE coilover kit is an entry point into KW's street performance lineup. It features high-quality INOX-LINE stainless steel coilover struts, corrosion-resistant springs, bump stops, and optimally tuned dampers for a balanced and sporty feel specific to each vehicle. It allows for maximum lowering within an approved range, ensuring proper suspension function and adequate travel. The ride height can be easily adjusted thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collar. KW INOX-LINE coilovers offer a harmonious pre-configured setup with specific damper tuning and spring rates developed through extensive testing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in the KW 7-post chassis dynamics test center. Unlike mass-produced generic coilover kits, KW coilovers are developed specifically for each vehicle using in-house resources, high-quality components, and damper technology. The V1 coilovers reduce body roll during compression, providing more genuine and direct sporty handling. They are hand-built in Fichtenberg, Germany, with each damper dyno-tested to ensure functionality and accuracy. The preset damping and vehicle-specific spring rates provide an optimal balance of sportiness and comfort. Features include a composite spring perch made from wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide composite with a stainless-steel insert to prevent oxidation and maximize strength, Inox-Line Stainless Steel for permanent corrosion resistance and unlimited lifespan, seamless ride height adjustment, and elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection.
