The Kayaba (KYB) 160754803701 is a genuine OEM outer fork tube, measuring 569mm in length with an outer diameter of 48mm and an inner diameter of 54mm. This component is specifically designed for select Kawasaki KXF and KTM models from 2013 onwards, as well as GASGAS EC and MC models from 2021-2026, and Honda CRF models. The Kashima coating is an advanced surface treatment that creates an exceptionally hard and slick finish. This is achieved by embedding molybdenum disulfide into the aluminum's micropores through an electro-induction process. The resulting coating significantly reduces friction, leading to more precise and progressive suspension performance. Furthermore, the hard anodized surface enhances durability by minimizing abrasion and wear. These are the same type of fork tubes utilized by KYB race teams globally, indicating a high level of performance and reliability. The unique anodizing process means that the final color of each tube may vary slightly depending on the base aluminum, making no two sets exactly alike.
