Description

It features a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube design with vehicle-specific, hand-assembled damping valves. This shock absorber includes a hard-chromed piston rod to reduce friction and a multi-lip synthetic oil seal to prevent leaks while keeping contaminants out.

Constructed with seamless steel tubing and a Teflon band around the piston for a positive seal, the Excel-G ensures fluid bypass is eliminated, allowing the valves to function as designed. It also utilizes sintered iron for the piston and rod guide to enhance strength and maintain proper wheel alignment.
