The Kicker 45L7R122 is a 12-inch Solo-Baric L7R series subwoofer designed to deliver powerful bass. It features a square cone that moves more air than a traditional round cone, providing greater output. This subwoofer is best paired with 600 watts of RMS power.

Constructed with an injection-molded SoloKon™ polypropylene cone, the 45L7R122 includes 360-degree back bracing and a UniPlate™ back plate and pole piece for enhanced durability and heat dissipation. It also boasts dual two-Ohm voice coils for system flexibility and a steel basket for rigidity.

The Kicker 45L7R122 is a 12-inch Solo-Baric L7R series subwoofer engineered to produce significant bass with its innovative square cone design. This unique shape allows the subwoofer to move more air than a conventional round cone, resulting in greater bass output without requiring a larger enclosure. The engineers at KICKER HQ designed the L7R to provide more bass in the same amount of space, offering a unique advantage for bass enthusiasts. Built for resilience and performance, the 45L7R122 features an injection-molded SoloKon™ polypropylene cone with a Santoprene rubber surround and heavy-duty red stitching. It includes patented ribbed corners, 360-degree back bracing, and a UniPlate™ back plate and pole piece integrated into a single unit for improved heat management. The robust steel basket with a spoke design ensures structural integrity during intense playback, while thick tinsel leads and nickel-plated speaker terminals contribute to its overall quality. This dual two-Ohm voice coil subwoofer is recommended for use with 600 watts RMS power (1200 watts peak power) and is designed to work best in sealed or ported enclosures. Recommended sealed box volume ranges from 0.88 to 2.0 cubic feet, while vented box volume should be between 1.75 and 3.25 cubic feet. The subwoofer has a sensitivity of 86.7 dB and a frequency response of 25-100 Hz. Its mounting depth is 6-7/8 inches, and the mounting diameter is 11-1/16 inches.
