The Kicker 45L7R152 Solo-Baric L7R Series subwoofer is engineered for those seeking serious, deep bass. Its innovative square cone design moves significantly more air than a conventional round cone, delivering powerful audio output. This 15-inch component subwoofer can handle up to 900 watts RMS and features an 1800-watt peak power rating. Constructed for durability, the 45L7R152 boasts an injection-molded SoloKon™ polypropylene cone with special back bracing and heavy-duty red stitching connecting the rubber surround. The robust steel basket provides the necessary strength for heavy play, while the UniPlate™ back plate and pole piece are integrated into a single unit to improve heat management. This design ensures the subwoofer can deliver its powerful performance without compromise. With dual 2-ohm voice coils, this Kicker subwoofer offers flexibility in system integration. It has a frequency response of 20-100 Hz and a sensitivity of 88.05 dB (1W/1m). Recommended enclosure volumes range from 1.5-3.0 cu. ft. for sealed boxes and 3.0-6.0 cu. ft. for ported boxes. The mounting depth is 8-3/8 inches, and the mounting diameter is 13-3/4 inches. A one-year warranty is included.
