The Vertical Doors Inc. Lambo Vertical Doors Kit provides a specialized hinge conversion for 2022-2026 Honda Civic 4-door models, including the Type R variant. By replacing factory hinges with these precision-engineered units, vehicle owners can transition their doors to a vertical lift style without losing the ability to open the doors horizontally as they did from the factory. Each kit is manufactured from domestic hardened steel, featuring heat-treated pivot and strike points for long-term durability and reliability. This ensures the conversion remains reversible should the original factory door configuration be desired in the future. Each conversion package contains all required mounting hardware, shocks, and hinges to complete the installation. While the installation process is designed for those with mechanical inclination, the manufacturer notes that the kit includes a 6-12 page instruction manual and access to technical support.
