The Milltek SSXSE154-1 is a large bore downpipe featuring a hi-flow sports catalytic converter, engineered for race-only use. Constructed from aerospace-grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel, this component is built for exceptional durability and resistance to discoloration, ensuring a long service life. This downpipe utilizes mandrel bending for consistent radius bends, which optimizes gas flow. The bore diameters are carefully enlarged beyond stock specifications to maximize performance gains without compromising mid-range torque. The entire Milltek exhaust system undergoes a rigorous acoustic development process to deliver a sporty and crisp exhaust note, free from NVH, drone, or cabin resonance. This particular downpipe is designed to be fitted with the Milltek Sport cat-back system and requires a Stage 2 ECU remap for proper operation. It is specifically designed for the Seat Leon Cupra R 2.0 TSI 265PS models from 2010 to 2012. Please note that the use of de-cats and sports cats like this one is intended for off-road/motorsport use only and will prevent your vehicle from passing a MOT test. Only EC type-approved components are legal and suitable for road use.
