The ZZP Performance LTG Larger Throttle Body Kit is a bolt-on upgrade designed to improve throttle response and horsepower for the 2.0L LTG engine. The stock throttle body is 59mm, while the intake manifold inlet measures nearly 67mm, creating a bottleneck that this larger throttle body addresses. This kit is available as a full kit for stock intercooler piping or as the throttle body only for use with ZZP intercooler piping.

The ZZP Performance LTG Larger Throttle Body Kit offers an upgrade for your 2.0L LTG engine, aiming to enhance throttle response and horsepower. It directly addresses the size discrepancy between the stock 59mm throttle body and the nearly 67mm intake manifold inlet. Verified fitment is confirmed for the ATS, CTS, and Camaro models. However, this throttle body will not fit Regal or Malibu vehicles. While the throttle body physically bolts onto any LTG engine, users installing it on LTG vehicles other than the ATS, CTS, or Camaro will need to fabricate their own MAP tube or coupler solution. A note regarding installation specifies that the larger throttle body has a partially machined edge on the lip, intended to ease coupler installation and removal, and is not a defect. Proper tightening of the coupler is advised. Installation is a direct plug-and-play process and requires no tuning. It is recommended to disconnect the negative battery terminal before installation to prevent potential relearning cycles for the larger throttle body.
